It's a 20–30 minute one-on-one session with an EPPT coach where we run you through a full-body movement screen, look specifically at your back, hip, or knee, and tell you exactly what's driving your symptoms.

The mobility plan is designed for low-grade, chronic pain — not acute injuries or post-surgical rehab. If you're in either of those categories, see a physio first. We'll happily refer you to one we trust in Hamilton.
